When you send a service request, we receive your name, phone number, city, state and ZIP code, the appliance and the problem you describe, and, if you choose to give them, your email and street address. We use this only to contact you and schedule your repair. If you don’t enter a street address, we ask for it by phone when scheduling.

Address suggestions: when address suggestions appear as you type, the text you type in the street address field is sent to our mapping provider (Mapbox) to suggest matching addresses. Mapbox processes it under its own privacy policy. We don’t send them your name, phone or other details.

We don't sell your information. Requests are stored securely and deleted after 12 months.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It doesn't receive the contents of your request.
